A man allegedly swung a knife at employees of a frozen foods manufacturer after demanding they hand over waffles outside of the company's Raymond, WI facility.

MyRacineCounty.com cites a criminal complaint that states that 38-year-old Alberto Ramirez Jr. approached three employees at the shipping area of Echo Lake Foods in Raymond — about 20 miles south of Milwaukee — claiming to be a former employee and saying that another former employee owed him money.

When the workers refused to give Ramirez waffles from the warehouse, Ramirez pulled a knife before "getting up in the face" of one of workers.

The complaint alleges that when told the employees would call the police, Ramirez swung the knife at one of them before hurrying to his vehicle to leave.

MyRacineCounty.com's report said one of the workers took a photo of the vehicle, which police were able to use to track down Ramirez.

Ramirez is charged in Racine County Circuit Court with disorderly conduct—use of a dangerous weapon, a misdemeanor, in connection with the incident.
