Pilz (Canton, MI) introduced PSENslock 2, which offers benefits for the packaging and pharmaceutical industry, as well as the food and beverage sector. A high level of manipulation protection and added flexibility for the user are characteristics of the safety locking device.

- Insensitive to dust and water
- Flexibly mounted actuator with large contact surfaces that offsets safety gate misalignments or vibrations
- Special versions with stainless steel components are available
- Designed for use up to highest category PL e, Cat. 4 of EN ISO 13849
- Holding force of either 1,000 or 2,000 N
- Manipulation protection for RFID safety switch via freely selectable coding
- Unlocked holding force can be set quickly and in stages, adjusted to respective plant and size of safety gate
- Clear display via four LEDs on both sides
