Hotwatt manufactures several miniature cartridge heater diameters starting at 1/8” with 5/32” and 3/16” options in low to medium watt densities up to 60 watts per square inch.
Lengths start at short as ¾” and can be used where space is at a premium. The size, leads, terminals, wattage and voltage can be adapted to meet heating needs.
Cartridge heaters provide localized heat to restricted work areas requiring close thermal control. Closely controlled work temperatures up to 1200° F (648.9°C) are obtained by a combination of heater location and proper wattage output.
