Filter King, a manufacturer of UL-certified custom HVAC filters, yesterday announced the grand opening of a state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
The 61,600 square-foot facility, equipped for production, warehousing, and distribution, will enhance Filter King's ability to serve the growing demand in the Northeast. The investment is expected to create up to 120 jobs in manufacturing, logistics, and administration.
Earlier this year, the company opened a new manufacturing and distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada, which came a little more than a year after it opened the doors to a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and headquarters in Miami, Florida.
Rick Hoskins, Filter King founder and CEO, said the new operations in Pennsylvania are part of a strategic initiative to reach the entire continental U.S. with next-day delivery. The company now has more than 200,000 square feet of operational space across three states, with a workforce exceeding 125 employees.
The Bethlehem site was chosen for its proximity to major metropolitan areas, including Philadelphia and New York City, placing it within a seven-hour drive of 40% of the U.S. population.
Hoskins said his company is "experiencing unprecedented growth in online direct-to-consumer sales." In Q2 2025, Filter King manufactured and shipped more filters than in any single quarter in the company's nine-year history.
Filter King is a family-owned business that makes HVAC and furnace air filters for residential, commercial, and industrial applications across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. The company manufactures UL-certified 0.5", 1", 2", 4", and 5" pleated filters with MERV ratings of 8, 11, and 13, as well as carbon filters.
