INDCO (New Albany, IN) presents its BGTC-series gear drive IBC bracket mount mixers designed specifically to mix heavy viscosity materials or re-suspension of settled materials. BGCT series gear drive mixers are available with air, electric, and variable speed electric operation, from ¾ to 2 HP, to provide various levels of torque. Units include shaft, folding impellers to easily fit through 6-inch tote openings, and expandable mounting bracket. Toggle clamps directly to steel tote cages from 34” to 48” wide. All models feature 90-degree, right-angle gear reducers for low-profile configuration. INDCO BGCT-series mixers are ideal for traffic paints and other heavier bodied primers, and other coatings, including those with high solids content, and reflective glass beads.
The totally enclosed, fan cooled (TEFC) and totally enclosed, non-ventilated (TENV) models are supplied with cord, plug and switch. Explosion-proof (EP) models must be wired by customer. Variable-speed electric models include a speed controller pre-wired and mounted on the mixer. Options including lifting eyes and forklift channel allow easy handling for installation and removal.
