Adjustable Torque Handles, Knobs for Constant Tightening Force

They allow the user to set a specified torque to prevent over-tightening and are ideal for applications where a consistent force is required.

Fixtureworks Sized

Fixtureworks (Fraser, MI) offers a full range of position-adjustable torque, tensioning and tightening handles and knobs in both female and male versions.

The adjustable torque handles are ideal for use in fixtures and jigs requiring clamping and torque forces where full handle rotation is restricted by workpiece or limited because of fixture elements and construction. They allow the user to set a specified torque to prevent over-tightening and are ideal for applications where a consistent force is required or where over-tightening can cause damage.

The torque limiting knobs both in female and male versions have two preset torque options, either 2Nm or 3Nm. They allow the user to set the specified torque to prevent over-tightening. The spring and the balls inside provide the feel and sound of a click when the specified torque is reached at the tightening end. They come in either steel with stud or tapped with steel insert, M5 x 0.80 to M6 x 1.00 thread. The knobs are made from polyamide with a black or orange matte finish. The insert is made from nickel-plated 1045 steel, as is the stud.
