
Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned prime contractor that delivers innovative solutions to the Department of Defense and intelligence community, is proud to announce the ribbon cutting of the William C. Bailey, Jr. Research and Innovation Center at the company's corporate headquarters.
Located at 430 Jan Davis Drive in Huntsville's Cummings Research Park, the newly completed facility spans over 110,000 square feet. The project was developed by Triad Properties and constructed by Fite Construction, based on a design from Fuqua and Partners. The state-of-the-art building features secure high-bay space, multiple classified and unclassified labs, and additional collaboration spaces.
The new facility allows Radiance Technologies to consolidate its Huntsville operations into a single campus, improving collaboration and enhancing its ability to support its government customers. The building's enhanced resources will enable Radiance's experts to deliver mission-critical solutions in many key areas such as directed energy and artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Radiance Technologies began operations in 1999, and over the years, the company has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its presence across multiple states and supporting a diverse range of customer missions. Cummings Research Park, the nation's second-largest research park, has been a catalyst for innovation and economic development in Huntsville. Radiance Technologies' continued growth within the park exemplifies the collaboration and visionary leadership that define the Huntsville business community.
