Isembard, a UK-founded startup, yesterday announced a new factory in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, expanding production capacity to support customers across defense, aerospace, and energy.
The new facility builds on Isembard’s growing U.S. footprint as manufacturers across critical sectors work to diversify supply chains, reduce lead times, and strengthen domestic production capability.
The 25,000-square-foot factory is Isembard’s second in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The location will serve as the company’s U.S. headquarters and is equipped with precision CNC mills, lathes, and other equipment to produce components for critical industries.
Isembard’s expansion is being driven by growing demand from customers in defense and aerospace, who are increasingly relying on suppliers capable of scaling production quickly while maintaining consistent quality standards.
The Dallas-Fort Worth factory will run on Isembard’s proprietary software operating system, MasonOS, which helps manage and optimize manufacturing workflows from quoting and scheduling through production and quality control.
The system helps standardize operations and improve speed and consistency across all Isembard facilities, drawing on the company’s operating experience in both the U.S. and the U.K.
Justin Baucum, U.S. expansion lead at Isembard, said, “We opened our first U.S. Isembard factory in July 2025 with a single CNC machine ... Now, as we look to the next chapter, we’re on track to increase our manufacturing capacity by 20 times within the four walls of this new facility. Small starts forge great arsenals, and this expansion is only the beginning.”
Isembard will support demand in Texas and nationwide while working closely with domestic material suppliers and regional partners to strengthen U.S. manufacturing resilience.
The company is building a distributed network of modular, software-driven factories across the U.S. and the U.K.
Isembard operates a franchise model, enabling new and existing machine shop owners to join a distributed network of high-performance manufacturing sites.
Founded in 2024, Isembard is headquartered in London.
