For decades, Northrop Grumman has provided semiconductor fabrication services, catalog products and access to next-generation technologies to commercial, government, research, academia and startup companies.

- Lockheed Martin: Producing low noise amplifiers and advanced packaging for defense systems
- Jet Propulsion Lab: Producing climate science microelectronics and world-record holding Terahertz sensing technologies
- Rohde & Schwarz: Offering foundry services like GaN technologies and next-generation products to enable test and measurement equipment
- Nokia: Developing heterogenous integration for next-generation communication devices with Nokia Bell Labs
As a storefront, Northrop Grumman remains committed to providing solutions for the lifetime of commercial and defense systems. The Microelectronics Center offers access to silicon and compound semiconductor technologies and a range of analog and radio frequency integrated circuits. Customers benefit from the center’s advanced packaging processes for microchips manufactured either with Northrop Grumman or an external fabrication facility.
Northrop Grumman's Microelectronics Center is comprised of three manufacturing facilities – two U.S. government-accredited semiconductor foundries in California and Maryland, and a wafer-bumping facility in Florida – with access to advanced packaging technologies in all three.
