ATS Announces Cold Plate Distribution Deal with Richardson RFPD

Thermal engineering company Advanced Thermal Solutions and component distributor Richardson RFPD on Tuesday announced a new partnership to ship ATS’ new line of cold plates.

ATS officials said making the cold plates available through Richardson RFPD would add a liquid cooling solution for its power electronics customers.

“The new ATS cold plate lines, with increased thermal performance, align well with Richardson’s focus on IGBTs and wide bandgap devices,” ATS Vice President of Sales and Business Development Steve Nolan said in a statement. “The flexibility of our design will enable us to provide high-performing and cost-effective solutions to a wide array of applications.”
